Installer
We are currently seeking an Installer for our Holland, Michigan location. As an Installer for West Michigan Office Interiors, you will install office systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
– Reads prints and other specifications to determine method of installation, work procedures, and material, tool, and work aid requirements.
– Lays out reference lines and points for use in computing location and position of metal framing marks position for erecting metalwork.
– Fits, aligns, and hangs panels, work surfaces, etc.
– Loads and unloads trucks and vans at client locations.
– Communicates with sales consultants and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Must be familiar with using tools.
– Must have valid Driver License with a good driving record, and the ability to obtain a chauffeur’s license in order to drive our box trucks.
Education/Experience
– High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

– Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
– Trustworthy, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dedicated to high-quality work.
– Ability to work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
– Candidates must have excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented and open to learning.
– Must be comfortable with physical labor, with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
– Ability to read tape measure fractions.
