Defining Your Goals

Your office design journey starts at one of our three showrooms across Western Michigan in Holland, Kalamazoo, or Grand Rapids, or our Michigan Office Interiors location in Ann Arbor. Each location features an on-site design center, where you can customize your office layout and selections by viewing hundreds of color textile chips and fabric samples. These are updated regularly and constantly changing to reflect the most contemporary styles trending across the industry.

Planning Your Space

West Michigan Office Interiors will then take the office design process to your workplace. After taking a few measurements, one of our team members will draw up two- and three-dimensional blueprints based on your goals and specifications. This helps business owners take the guesswork out of space planning and ensures your chosen products will deliver maximum efficiency, comfort, and aesthetic appeal. We’ll help you analyze these multidimensional drawings before making your final decision on which and how many products to invest in.

In addition, we help businesses reconfigure their office spaces without replacing their existing furniture. Using the same process, we’ll deploy our technology and expert designers to generate multidimensional images that reveal a vision for your updated office space. This allows you to upgrade your office’s look while keeping expenses minimal.

Selecting Your Products

Once you have an office design in mind, we’ll guide you through more than 150 lines of contract furnishings, which offer countless styles and configurations that prioritize comfort and durability. Installing Your Vision

After selecting your products, our installation coordinator will take care of all the delivery details, from figuring out elevator access to working around other construction processes. We’ll then deliver your furnishings to your office space and deploy one of our in-house installation crews to fully configure and position each piece. Put simply, we’ll help you select your products and layout, and then we’ll handle the rest.
