Office Coordinator
We are currently seeking a full-time Project Coordinator for our Grand Rapids, Michigan location.
As a Project Coordinator for West Michigan Office Interiors, your role is to work closely with the Sales team and other internal and external business partners to help execute a flawless customer experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
– Works strategically and professionally with internal and external cross-functional business partners.

– Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Demonstrate high personal performance standards with a desire for continuous learning.
– Preparation and generation of proposals and presentations based on the need of each opportunity and the variety of details required for such opportunities.
– This role involves coordinating efforts of internal and external resources to ensure delivery of projects according to plan.
– Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines.
– This individual will define the projects objectives and oversee quality control throughout the life cycle.
– Manage project resources from project inception to close
– Coordination: coordinate with designers, production, installation teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
– Planning: develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure successful completion.
– Manage all communications and expectations throughout the lifecycle.
– Document project progress, troubleshoot issues, lead quality assurance and confirm schedules are met.
– Timeline management: Track progress, adjusting and communicating timelines and resources necessary to meet deadlines.
– Installation follow ups.
– Communicate often with the customer according to standards.
– Escalate issues to vendors and communicate resolutions.
– Update all systems with relevant information in a timely manner.
Required Education and Experience
1. High School Diploma or GED, and 1 – 2 years of related experience and training.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus analytical, organizational, interpersonal and
problem solving skills.
3. Computer proficiency, including the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
4. Excellent time management and follow up skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
